The Senior Product Manager – Semantic Insurance Data owns a major product pillar focused on AI-ready insurance data capabilities that make Duck Creek’s policy, claims, billing, coverage, customer, and risk data easier to understand, govern, and consume. This role defines product strategy, roadmap priorities, business meaning, semantic relationships, data quality expectations, and consumption patterns that support AI, analytics, automation, and product teams.

The role applies deep property and casualty insurance domain knowledge, technical product management discipline, and data product expertise to translate complex insurance concepts into scalable product capabilities. This role exercises independent judgment to prioritize outcomes, align stakeholders, and guide delivery while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI, UX, Customer Success, Professional Services, and insurance subject‑matter experts. Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for semantic insurance data capabilities, including canonical insurance concepts, data relationships, metadata, business definitions, and AI‑ready consumption patterns.

Own a major semantic data product pillar that enables AI, analytics, automation, and product teams to understand and use insurance data consistently across Duck Creek products and customer implementations. Translate complex insurance business concepts into clear, prioritized product capabilities that can be delivered by engineering teams and consumed by technical and non‑technical users. Partner with Engineering and Architecture to define scalable approaches for semantic models, data contracts, metadata, APIs, knowledge graphs, data products, feature‑ready datasets, and AI grounding layers.
