What you have- 1-7 years of patent‑related experience, including drafting applications and responding to office actions
- MS or PhD in molecular biology, cellular biology, microbiology, biotechnology, applied biological sciences, or a related field
- Work with attorneys to draft and file patent applications in the life sciences
- Support patent prosecution matters
- Support patentability, clearance, and freedom‑to‑operate searches
- Assist with patent portfolio licensing matters
