• Associate Sourcing Manager reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Identify primary and secondary sources of supply – both domestic and international.
• Effectively work cross-functionally with R&D, quality and product management to drive the new product introduction process.
• Partner with contract manufacturing to ensure supply/ingredient compatibility with the manufacturing process.

• Highly energetic, creative, self-directed individual with at least 2 years of global sourcing / procurement experience.
• Background that includes some combination of purchasing food, nutrition, dietary supplements, proteins, vitamins, enzymes, organic flavors / sweeteners, and/or other ingredients.
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment managing multiple projects and establishing processes.

• $70,000 – $90,000.
