Territory Manager

Master Packaging Inc. is the Leader of Corrugate and Folding Carton Packaging Solutions. With Manufacturing plants located in Dieppe, New Brunswick, and Borden, Prince Edward Island, we are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Territory Manager to service the New England States.

• Seek new opportunities and profile new business to ensure there is a constant stream of growth opportunities available within your territory.
• Create value to both the customer and company by maintaining/growing share, efficient onboarding of new business, successful project management of complex accounts, and overall quality and service – complete customer satisfaction.
• Keep relevant parties informed about target account development and have a disciplined approach to ensure call cycles are tailored to customer requirements.
• Provide creative solutions to engineer win/win outcomes for both the customer and the company.
• Effective Communication and coordination of activities, market intelligence and projects across multiple customers and/or internal stakeholders. You will have a dedicated Customer Solutions Specialist to support your efforts.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 5 years of sales experience within the Packaging segment (Folding Cartons preferred) with a proven track record of growth and documented success.
• An overall knowledge of sales and marketing to help link our value proposition and products with customer needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong, mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Broad-based general knowledge, including current events, news, industry trends, etc.
• Experience using the suite of Microsoft Office programs.
• A valid driver’s license.

• Packaging equipment knowledge, particularly case erectors and case packers.
• Quality, Design, or Mechanical background/knowledge.
