Pay Range: $77 - $84/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Manage day-to-day construction operations for one or multiple projects
• Oversee project safety, quality assurance, scheduling, and cost control
• Develop and manage project execution plans
• Lead subcontractor procurement, RFP processes, contract negotiations, and change orders
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and earned value metrics
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and warranty processes
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and earned value management
• Experience managing subcontractors and contract negotiations
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with scheduling and project management tools preferred (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• PMP certification preferred
