As our Remodeling Division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead residential carpentry and remodeling projects in the field. The Senior Project Manager - Remodeling Division is responsible for the on‑site leadership of residential remodeling and carpentry projects and reports directly to the Vice President of Production. This position owns coordination of job specifications, plans, schedules, materials, change orders, subcontractors, and client communications, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as on‑site manager for residential remodeling and carpentry projects
  • Coordinate project plans, schedules, materials, subcontractors, and change orders
  • Supervise subcontracted labor, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to timelines
  • Inventory materials prior to job start; coordinate deliveries and manage delays impacting schedules
  • Participate in pre‑construction meetings, quality control reviews, and client communications
  • Maintain the safety and security of residential job sites through project completion
  • Manage daily, high‑volume communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams via phone, email, and text
  • Create subcontractor purchase orders and agreements
  • Ensure accurate submission and reconciliation of subcontractor invoices and receipts
  • Oversee warranty items, punch lists, and resolution through completion
  • Collaborate with customer service and production teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Track and understand the financial impact of production decisions on the business
  • Attend Production team meetings to provide updates on job progress, schedules, and risks
Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of hands‑on residential renovation/remodeling experience
  • Massachusetts CSL in good standing
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • General technology proficiency (computers, iPads, smartphones)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and climb ladders up to 40 ft
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Ability to provide own basic carpenter tools
  • Personal vehicle capable of transporting construction materials
  • Knowledgeable in:
    • Carpentry from framing to finish
    • Material takeoffs and ordering
    • Demolition services
    • Installation of wood and metal doors (including hardware)
    • Cabinet installation
    • Patching, painting, and finishing trim
  • Strong financial awareness and ability to analyze production costs
  • High level of organization, time management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in all stakeholder interactions
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross‑functionally
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail; Zoho CRM a plus)
  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus (not required)
Compensation
  • Full‑time, stable position with an established company
  • Base salary: starting at $85,000 – $110,000 annually, based on experience
  • Paid time off and benefits package
  • Monday to Friday schedule with 7:00 am job site start
  • Occasional weekend coverage as needed (not routine)
