Mosquito Joe of Amherst - Charlton, located in Belchertown, is hiring a Field Operations Supervisor and Training Manager to lead our service professionals’ team and oversee daily field operations. This role is for someone with a growth mindset who leads from the front — working alongside the crew, setting clear expectations, setting people up for success, and making sure work is done right every day.
If you have led crews in pest control, landscaping, lawn care, utilities, construction, facilities, delivery, or other route-based service work, this role will feel familiar.
Mosquito Joe provides outdoor pest‑control only — mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, ants, beetles, spiders, rodents, and other outdoor pests. No crawl spaces. No attics. No indoor work.
Preferred Experience and Abilities- Prior crew lead, supervisor, or field leadership experience
- Background in pest control, landscaping, lawn care, utilities, construction, or service routes
- Ability to efficiently manage daily schedules, routes, and priorities
- Comfortable using mobile apps, basic computer programs, and reading reports
- Ability to work outdoors even when it’s hot and to lift up to 60 pounds
- Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources Applicator License
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Competitive salary $44,000 – $52,000 a year (depending on what you bring to the position)
- Full-time, year-round position with workload tied to changes in business seasonal activity
