Compensation: $80,000-$85,000

Job Summary: Link Health is seeking a hands on, results-oriented Clinic Operations Director to lead the day to day execution and continuous improvement of our clinic operations. This role is responsible for ensuring clinic teams have the support, systems, processes, and accountability needed to deliver consistently strong results. The Clinic Operations Director will oversee day to day clinic operations, strengthen workflows , support and develop the Clinic Operations team, and ensure operational challenges are identified and resolved quickly.
The Director will also work closely with the Executive Director and cross-functional teams, including Technology, Clinic Operations, Research, and Communications, to strengthen systems, improve workflows, and support the continued growth and scalability of Link Health's programs.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who is comfortable moving between managing a team and working directly in clinic environments to solve operational problems. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing practical solutions, establishing accountability, and ensuring that operational priorities align with Link Health's mission and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Clinic Operational & Process Improvement (40%)
- the day-to-day operations of Link Health's clinic programs, including staffing and resource coordination, workflow management, operational planning, and performance tracking.
- Maintain a regular presence in Boston-area clinics to understand frontline operations, support staff, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure clinic teams have what they need to succeed.
- Regularly review clinic performance data to identify trends, understand where clinics or teams are falling short of goals, and work directly with staff to address barriers and improve results.
- Respond to clinic performance issues by identifying root causes, developing clear action plans, assigning ownership, and following through until issues are resolved.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologies and performance metrics
- Manage strategic operational projects and organizational initiatives as assigned by the Executive Director.
- Directly supervise, coach, and develop the Clinic Operations Manager and Clinic Operations Coordinator, ensuring clear goals, priorities, and accountability.
- Partner with Research, Technology, and other organizational teams to identify operational needs, resolve challenges, and improve service delivery.
- Maintain strong day-to-day working relationships with clinical, academic, and community partners supporting Link Health's clinic operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential clinical, academic, community, and strategic partners based on mission alignment, operational fit, and potential impact.
