The Nemasket Group is seeking an experienced, visionary Chief Program Officer (CPO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the CPO provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all programmatic services across the organization.
In this role, you will lead program innovation, quality improvement, compliance, organizational growth, and workforce development while ensuring exceptional, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide executive oversight for all service divisions and quality management functions.
- Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, organizational growth, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with DDS, licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and monitor program outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor senior program leaders and division directors.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Represent The Nemasket Group with community partners, funding agencies, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred in Human Services, Social Work, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in human services, healthcare, or nonprofit management.
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related populations.
- Strong knowledge of program management, quality assurance, compliance, and strategic planning.
- Experience with Massachusetts DDS services strongly preferred.
