What You’ll Do:

  • Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment while following industry-leading GMP standards.
  • Perform precise filtration, buffer preparation, and chemical mixing to ensure product excellence.
  • Maintain real-time documentation and review batch records for accuracy.
  • Work independently and in a team environment, taking ownership of your role.
  • Train and mentor new technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration and high performance.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in production, lab operations, or manufacturing.
  • Strong foundation in chemistry concepts like molarity, concentrations, and mass calculations.
  • Ability to perform dilutions, conversions, and precise measurements with confidence.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and GMP regulations is a plus!
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
