Flour house Bakery produces the bread that powers every Mike & Patty’s sandwich. We’re seeking an Artisan Baker to support bakery operations and help us continue to grow.
Position OverviewThe Artisan Baker leads daily bread and baked goods production at Flour house Bakery, ensuring consistent quality, food safety, and operational reliability. This role ensures consistent, high-quality bread and baked goods are produced and delivered to all Mike & Patty’s locations, supporting the brand’s craft-driven experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily bread and baked goods production with quality and consistency
- Maintain recipes, product standards, and food safety compliance
- Manage planning, inventory, and waste control
- Assist in training and mentoring the bakery team
- Collaborate with operations and stores on forecasting and menu support
- 3+ years of artisan bread baking experience
- Experience in a high-volume bakery environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work early-morning production schedules
- Serv Safe Manager certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
