Electromechanical Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to join their team. As an Electromechanical Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting assembly and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Newton, MA

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Perform electromechanical assembly activities following established procedures
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and production-related issues
• Maintain compliance with regulated processes and procedures
• Assist with operational support tasks such as receiving and packaging

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree is beneficial
• 2+ years of related experience preferred but not required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools
• Ability to troubleshoot, interpret drawings, and follow detailed procedures
