Newton Covenant Church (NCC) is seeking a part-time Children’s Ministry Director to lead the development of its Children’s Ministry. To apply, send your resume and cover letter to info.

This position will provide spiritual, pastoral, and administrative leadership to all aspects of NCC’s Children’s Ministry. The Children’s Ministry Director will build upon NCC’s current children’s ministry, as NCC continues to pursue its vision and mission.

Newton Covenant Church is a vibrant, multiethnic, multi-generational church in the greater Boston area. • Develop and oversee programs for the discipleship of NCC’s children – including, but not limited to, Sunday morning programs for children, as well as building community among the children and families.
• Recruit, train and empower volunteers to support the Children’s Ministry.
• Develop a long‑term vision for the ministry.
• Work in close collaboration with NCC Pastors, NCC staff, NCC Leadership Team, church members, and parents to achieve ministry goals.
