Position SummaryNight Nurse Supervisor (11 p.m.–7 a.m.)
The Night Nurse Supervisor acts as the extension of the Director of Nursing during night shifts and every other weekend. Responsibilities include coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care of all residents on the assigned shift, reporting incidents and unusual occurrences, ensuring policies and practices are followed, accepting additional facility staffing responsibilities, and participating in leadership meetings.
