Northeast Arc-Clinical Services is a nonprofit Medicaid/Medicare‑certified home healthcare agency founded in 2003. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.

The agency has LPN opportunities across the Boston and Greater Metropolitan Boston Area, including Arlington, Acton, Boston, Belmont, Cambridge, Chelsea, Concord, Lexington, Littleton, Lynn, Lynnfield, Malden, Medfield, Medford, Medway, Melrose, Middleton, Natick, Needham, Newton, Reading, Somerville, Southborough, Stoneham, Sudbury, Topsfield, Wakefield, Walpole, Wellesley, Wilmington, Winchester, Winthrop, Woburn, and Wrentham.

• Per diem

• Provide 1‑on‑1 nursing care to patients in their homes, schools, or community settings, helping families navigate complex medical care and stay at home.
• Deliver continuous care nursing for medically complex children and adults.
• Manage a diverse caseload including feeding challenges, G or J‑tube feeding, tracheostomy/ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound care, and diabetic maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

LPN hourly rates: $40 / $42 / $44 depending on differential.

• Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proficiency in nursing skills, critical thinking, and problem‑solving; experience in diverse medical conditions desirable but new graduates acceptable if supported.
