Overview
Experienced NP or PA needed for an FQHC community health center near Boston. The role focuses on family medicine/primary care across all ages from infants to geriatrics. Competitive salary, loan repayment, and PTO available.
Responsibilities- Provide family medicine/primary care across the lifespan (infants through geriatrics).
- Maintain a patient load of about 24 patients per day.
- Share a call schedule every six weeks.
- Hours:
32-40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with one possible later shift (11:00am–8:00pm).
- At least two years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
- Ideal if there is prior FQHC experience.
- Salary: $110,000–$135,000 DOE plus a quality incentive bonus.
- Three weeks of PTO.

Located just over an hour from Boston and its surroundings.
