Med Pro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for Newton, Massachusetts.

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certifications.
• At least eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care PCU/Step‑down setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

• Assess patient needs and signs or symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.
• Document the patient’s plan of care using identified diagnoses, expected outcomes, and selected interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education.
• Revisit and revise the plan of care as needed based on evaluation and changes in the medical plan.
