• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
• Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care
• Practice independently while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team

Unlike a busy inpatient setting, you'll have the time to assess each patient’s individual needs and provide truly personalized care.

• Full-time, part-time, per diem, and weekend opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling based on your assigned territory and patient needs
• Dedicated time for documentation, care coordination, and visit planning

• Boston and surrounding neighborhoods
• Cambridge, Charlestown, Somerville, Arlington, Medford, and Malden
• Newton, Waltham, Wellesley, Weston, Needham, and Wayland
• Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, and surrounding Metro West communities
• Quincy and surrounding South Shore communities

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
• Ability to travel within assigned territory

• Weekend Registered Nurses may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 (details shared during the interview process)
