Registered Nurse Pediatrics

The Registered Nurse in Pediatrics at Mass General Brigham provides professional nursing care to pediatric patients, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. • Location: Newton, MA
• Facility: Newton-Wellesley Hospital
• Department/Unit: Pediatrics
• Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift (16 hours/week)
• Pay: $41.38 - $100.00/Hourly

• Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned pediatric patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to assure quality of nursing practice.

Education:

• Nursing diploma required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience:

• 2 years of pediatric experience required.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required.
• NRP required within the first year of employment when cross-trained for mother/baby.
