About This Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Home Hospital program, you will provide hospital-level care directly in patients' homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and personalized attention. This role is ideal for nurses seeking autonomy in community-based nursing while managing acute, inpatient-level needs.

• Pay: $40.09 - $78.04/Hourly
• Location: Newton, MA

• Schedule: Part-Time

• Provide high-impact, patient-centered care through thorough nursing assessments and individualized care plans.
• Deliver advanced nursing interventions, including treatments, education, and clinical support in patients' homes.
• Monitor patient status using remote physiologic monitoring and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate comprehensive care, including diagnostics, medication reconciliation, and interdisciplinary services.
• Document care efficiently using Point-of-Care electronic records.
• Provide patient and caregiver teaching, support safe transitions, and assist with discharge planning.
• Manage your daily schedule with autonomy, aligned with patient needs and program requirements.

• Graduate of an approved, accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care, home care, or emergency nursing experience required

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required
• Current CPR certification required
