The Med/Surg Registered Nurse at Mass General Brigham provides professional nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

• Pay: $41.38 - $100.00/Hourly

• Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Oversee other assigned team members.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care.
• Assess patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.
• Individualize care based on assessments and in collaboration with patients and families.
• Implement clinical and technical aspects of care and physicians’ orders.
• Evaluate patient responses to established goals and revise care plans as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.

• Education: Nursing diploma required, BSN preferred.
• Experience: 1 year Med/Surg experience required.

  Current RN License in Massachusetts required; BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
