About This Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in patient care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

  Full-Time, Night shift

• Render highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Oversee other assigned team members.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care.
• Ensure quality of nursing practice through participation in performance improvement activities.
• Create and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, self, and co-workers.
• Provide safe, accurate, and timely medication and IV administration.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members to facilitate a comprehensive educational plan.

Education:

• Other Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• 1 year of Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
