We are seeking a Home Health RN/Case Manager who is passionate and knowledgeable as well as has good time management skills. Home health offers flexibility in your work week. As a RN Case manager in home care, you'll have the privilege of providing skilled nursing care that is customized to the patient’s home and daily life. Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of geriatric experience preferred
Skills:
Strong Organizational and self-management skills
Clinical proficiency
Licensure, registration, or certification:Basic Cardiac Life Support, RN License, Drivers license and Vehicle with Current Auto Insurance
