Industry Manager, Pharmaceuticals

Location: Remote – U.S.; preference for major Pharma/Biopharma hubs

Shape the U.S. growth strategy for a global leader in process technology serving pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This highly visible role will identify where the market is headed, connect technologies and commercial teams, and help major manufacturers solve complex production challenges.

• Influence U.S. strategy across a major global Pharma technology portfolio
• Work with leading Pharma, Biopharma and CDMO organizations
• Combine industry strategy, technology and senior customer engagement
• Collaborate with global Pharma leaders and cross-functional commercial teams
• Help shape growth in biologics and emerging manufacturing technologies

• Develop and execute a multi-year U.S. Pharma growth strategy
• Identify priority markets, technologies, accounts and investment trends
• Connect opportunities across multiple process-equipment business units
• Build strategic relationships with manufacturers, CDMOs, EPCs and industry influencers
• Translate market intelligence and customer needs into commercial priorities
• Represent the organization at industry events and technical forums

• Deep understanding of production-scale liquid Pharma/Biopharma manufacturing
• Knowledge of separation, filtration, mixing, heat transfer, pumps, valves or hygienic fluid handling
• Experience developing market, industry or commercial strategy
• Ability to connect technical solutions to broader manufacturing needs
• Credibility influencing senior customers and matrixed global organizations
