Role Expectations

• Act through HEART values.
• Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform.
• Use the Trendsend Resource Center for best‑sellers, theme boxes and company announcements on Store
  
  IQ.
• Review customer profiles in the Trendsend Stylist app.
• Curate 6‑8 pieces in full styled looks that align to body type, lifestyle and requests.
• Write authentic, warm notes with styling tips, tricks and end‑uses.
• Oversee product quality and process returns in the Styling App.
• Manage time to complete work during the scheduled shift.
• Achieve or exceed personal minimum sales plan ($185 SPB
  , 2.2 items kept per box, under 22% keep rate).
• Style boxes within 45 min (30 min styling, 15 min shipping/return processing).
• Analyze customer profiles for new and repeat customers.

Requirements

• In‑store, no remote option.
• Prefer previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company.
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trend.
• Independent and team player.
• Strong instinct for reading people’s style level and wants.
• Open to growth, highly coachable.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
