This role will allow you to develop as a leader by learning our company values, business measures and standards and operations.
You will ensure the most knowledgeable and passionate people are working to educate our customers and get them the freshest restaurant quality products available. If you love fresh products and managing others, then this could be the role for you!
This is an entry-level structured training program designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful program completion will result in an interview or placement as a shift leader.
What will I do?- Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
- Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
- Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals
- Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting
- Computer skills
- Experience leading a team

Work EnvironmentThe physical demands of this work are classified as medium. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, grasping, repetitive and sustained hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, frequent lifting, and occasional heavy lifting, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers in a fast‑paced environment. The average weight range of items lifted is 5 – 20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds rarely.
Upper extremity repetition is moderate to moderately high and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors with exposure to cold (33 – 55 degrees) temperatures and hot equipment (exceeds 135 degrees). Basic tools and equipment used include ovens, stove, common cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment.
Managerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures;
Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting.
