Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving fine jewelry sales at the Chestnut Hill store. Provide product expertise, build lasting client relationships, and support overall store performance. Maintain merchandising standards and assist with customer transactions and special order processes.

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend fine jewelry pieces to drive sales.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through follow up, clienteling, and appointment scheduling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across gemstones, precious metals, and designer collections.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and special orders accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention practices.

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury accessories.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, professional presentation, and ability to maintain merchandising standards.
• Basic math and POS experience; ability to handle transactions securely and accurately.
