United Legwear is looking for a dedicated Floor Manager to support and supervise the general operations of the store team at the Bloomingdale's concession. This Floor Manager's tasks include assisting customers, ensuring prompt resolution of clients' inquiries, distributing tasks to the team, and monitoring team members performance. The ideal candidate will be motivated to assist in overviewing KPI's, adjusting to overall sales trends and will have excellent leadership skills.

The Floor Manager will also act as a support to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager of the relevant location.

Essential Functions:

  • Display confident leadership, with an ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve excellence.
  • Work with integrity and respect for others; promoting excellent team participation and ensuring the team and location are presented to the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of your personal learning to enhance your development, positively impacting on that of the team and location.
  • Champion the accomplishment of Ted's trainings and standards in your location.
  • Be confident in developing others, monitoring and evaluating performance and highlighting relevant observations to management.
  • Consistently display high level of personal motivation to inspire and drive the team.
  • An ability to instruct others and adapt to differing people and situations.
  • Actively support the recruitment and on boarding of new team members.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain productive relationships with host store partners.

Product:

  • Use all available tools and information to keep up to date on current product and be proficient in product details such as Called, Color, Composition, Cost, Care, Cut (The 6 C's.)
  • Display up to date product knowledge such as, key trends and location bestsellers in order to educate team members on how to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand.
  • Support merchandising guidelines, replenishment procedures and housekeeping standards to ensure that Ted is represented at the highest level.
  • Retain a comprehensive understanding of stock routines, product types, stock holding and stock management. Regularly liaise with Managers to ensure the floors are driven commercially at all times.

Commercial:

  • Maximize sales potential by ensuring the team are expertly delivering all requirements of Ted's trainings.
  • Be responsible for ensuring team are demonstrating GOTFAT with enthusiasm and consistency.
  • Display an excellent understanding of local and customer profiles and shopping behaviors to deliver an effective sales environment in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Consistently display an in-depth knowledge and interpretation of location performance to support the achievement of plans and KPI's.
  • Ability to successfully drive the team to achieve the location's performance plans.
  • Drive awareness of brand promotions, marketing activity and campaigns to the team and customers.
  • Responsible for driving the team to actively achieve the location's B-Connected performance, promoting the use of database building and clienteling.
