LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at The Shops at Chestnut Hill, MA. You’ll play a key role in delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding associates, partnering with the Store Manager to run daily store operations.
You will represent the brand, coach teammates, uphold standards, and help create an inclusive, high-energy environment while driving sales and omnichannel service.
This role is part-time with evenings, weekends, and holidays, offering development opportunities within LOFT.
