Summary
The Manager, Sales leads a team and oversees a multi-million-dollar component of the store business. This role drives customer experience, sales results, merchandising standards, and fulfillment while recruiting, onboarding, and developing colleagues.
Responsibilities- Coach and model customer-centric selling behaviors and the use of selling technology.
- Lead relationship selling, client book development, and customer outreach.
- Support store priorities and oversee merchandising execution, restocking, floor moves, and signing.
- Monitor fulfillment processes and daily metrics to help achieve optimal fill rates.
- Associate's degree and 3-5 years of direct experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, planning, and strategy execution skills.
- Ability to monitor workflow and adjust priorities.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including walking, standing, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
