Summary
The Sales Associate guides and inspires customers, providing a welcoming and engaging shopping experience in store and online. The role builds customer relationships, supports sales, and helps maintain operational and merchandising standards.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
- Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout the shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and store operational tasks, including floor and fitting room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
