We are looking for an Account Executive at Cohesity who can join an outstanding team, driving our business forward in the fast-paced and dynamic data management industry. The successful candidate will have the exciting chance to chip in to our company's growth and achievements.
The role requires expertise and extensive knowledge of the market, as well as experience in selling to high-level clients, which will be instrumental in growing our market reach and accomplishing our revenue objectives.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering flawless service and maintaining an accurate forecast.
- Collaborate with our extensive network of channel partners to generate revenue and successfully sell the Cohesity solution.
- Develop and lead a robust sales pipeline, navigating a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
- Showcase your expertise in prospecting by consistently penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for your designated area, striving to surpass sales targets by actively seeking, evaluating, guiding, and finalizing sales prospects.
- Build a compelling case for the Cohesity hyper‑converged infrastructure solution, presenting proposals to customers that clearly demonstrate its ability to meet their business objectives.
- Drive account strategies and collaborate with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
- A proven track record of success in a customer‑facing sales role, with at least 7 years of experience proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into Enterprise accounts in the region, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this domain.
- Experience engaging with customers and technology partners, encouraging positive relationships and driving successful outcomes.
- Comfort working with multiple decision‑makers to drive proposals and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional presentation skills, both in technical and business contexts, allowing you to confidently deliver compelling messages to small and large groups.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to effectively connect with colleagues and customers.
- Self‑motivation and the ability to work remotely and autonomously, taking ownership of your work and driving results.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered.
