• Represent TELUS Communications in a professional and friendly manner
• Sell and promote services to new and existing customers
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Face-to-face customer interactions in various settings
• Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
• Represent our client at different events and campaigns
• Work with industry leading clients like TELUS Communications
• Gain experience managing a team
• Receive in-depth and comprehensive training
• Work with great teams to motivate you throughout the duration of your program

• Able to work full-time (Monday-Friday)
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
• Enthusiastic, positive and passionate personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to pass criminal record check
