Commission Sales Associate supporting the Furniture and Bedding department at the Chestnut Hill store. Responsible for driving individual sales through consultative service, product expertise, and strong client relationships. Manages customer interactions from needs assessment through order processing and delivery coordination.

• Deliver consultative sales to meet or exceed individual commission-based targets.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend furniture and bedding solutions.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery and installation with operations.
• Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up for future sales and referrals.

• Previous retail or furniture sales experience preferred with a proven sales record.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with moving merchandise as needed.
