Job Description
Vaccine Customer Representative (S2 Level) supports customers by providing clinical information on our Company’s vaccines, education, and resources. The role focuses on helping providers and systems improve immunization rates and protect patients from vaccine‑preventable diseases.
Primary Activities- Engage in balanced product sales presentations with health‑care professionals, aligning customer needs with our vaccine attributes and CDC/professional society recommendations.
- Provide company vaccine management with updates on customer needs related to patient health outcomes, feedback, marketplace dynamics, and quality goals.
- Deliver key insights through self‑study of scientific, product, and market information, workshops, conferences, and review of promotional materials.
- Utilize analytical tools in quarterly business reviews to educate customers on maximizing contract performance across the portfolio.
- Assist customers with education to improve immunization rates via quality‑based programs such as Vaccine IQ.
- Monitor business performance against objectives using company‑provided tools.
- Develop a territory‑level business plan focused on improving immunization rates in line with Company policies and ethics.
- Maintain product knowledge and certification on the entire vaccine portfolio and CDC immunization schedules for pediatric and adult vaccines.
- Act as primary contact for selected customer accounts, meeting with key personnel to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers.
- Identify business opportunities and communicate information to stakeholders to support identified immunization needs.
- Coordinate with the customer team (Account Executives, Integrated Delivery System team, Solutions support teams, etc.) to outline strategies for improving immunization rates.

Minimum Requirements
- University degree plus 3 years (36 months) of sales experience, or a high‑school diploma plus at least 6 years of equivalent experience in sales, marketing, military, or health‑care/scientific fields not directly sales.
- Build trust with customers and demonstrate value through high‑quality interactions focused on improving health outcomes.
- Segment customer populations by characteristics and buying behavior to allocate resources and drive commercial plans.
- Understand customer business climate, assess market potential, identify opportunities and risks, develop territory plans, and execute to drive results.
- Manage multiple interdependencies within an account, align on healthcare goals and needs, and maximize performance through collaborative business planning.
- Convey technical concepts accurately and clearly.
- Demonstrate tenacity to achieve measurable results.
- Overcome setbacks to exceed objectives.
- Show commitment to learning and applying new skills.
- Innovate using existing or new technologies.
- Use data to analyze trends and drive business results.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with vaccines.
- Understanding of marketing/sales and support functions and operations.
