Weekend Security Officer

Securitas is seeking a Weekend Security Officer to protect client facilities, employees, and visitors through vigilant on-site security. In this role, you will control access, complete routine patrols, monitor cameras and alarms, and respond to incidents and emergencies according to post orders. You will prepare clear, detailed reports and provide professional, customer-focused service at all times. Responsibilities

• Control access to client facilities and verify identification of visitors, vendors, and employees
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems and respond to alerts or suspicious activity
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activity in clear, accurate reports
• Respond to emergencies, follow post orders, and coordinate with public safety as needed
• Provide courteous customer service and assistance to clients, guests, and staff
• Enforce site policies and security procedures while maintaining professionalism
• Communicate effectively via radio, phone, and in person with supervisors and clients
• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and company compliance standards
• Participate in required training, drills, and certifications to maintain readiness
