Lead Air Duct Cleaning Specialist

3 Wave Cleaning is a growing air duct and dryer vent cleaning company serving residential and commercial customers across MA, NH, and RI. We're hiring a Lead Air Duct Service Technician ready to take ownership of job sites and grow into a Field Supervisor role. We'll train the right person on air duct-specific skills — what matters most is a strong trades background and the ability to lead.

• 3+ years in a physically demanding trade or field service role — HVAC, roofing, landscaping, painting, general construction, or similar — with some experience leading or mentoring others on the job
• Demonstrated experience safely working with ladders up to 40 ft, including setup, inspection, and OSHA-compliant use
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)

• Lead job-site crews and ensure work meets quality standards on every service call
• Learn and perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning using specialized equipment (full training provided)
• Safely operate and set up ladders up to 40 ft per OSHA and company protocol
• Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for customers
• Train and mentor junior technicians as the crew grows
• Maintain accurate service records using company software (Field Pulse)
• Help build out field processes as the company scales toward a full supervisor structure
