  • Comfortable with focused, repetitive electrical work specific to heat pump systems
  • Full-time availability, Monday–Friday
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • You know what good service looks and feels like to our customers, and you re extremely professional with homeowners
  • You lead by example — you don t need your hand held, and you can t wait to teach the next person coming up behind you
  • You can juggle a lot at once without dropping balls, but you know when to raise your hand and loop in the team
  • You stay calm when things go sideways and jump in to help fix it, even when it s not your fault — no drama
  • You take initiative, ask good questions, and keep sharpening your craft — even as a Journeyman
