Family Aid, a Massachusetts nonprofit addressing family homelessness, seeks a Direct Care Staff member to support families in a residential program. You will ensure their safety and comfort, enforce rules, and deliver trauma-informed, harm-reduction services to children and parents, helping them move toward stable, permanent housing.
This onsite Newton position offers three schedule options:
Sunday–Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM;
Sunday, Monday, Friday & Saturday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; or Tuesday–Saturday
