The salary range for this is between $135,000 to $175,000 plus bonus.
Please note that this is an onsite role and we are unable to sponsor at this time.

- Develop internal AI applications that put new capabilities directly in the hands of business teams.
- Build in evaluation and observability to ensure AI systems remain reliable and performant in production, detecting regressions, drift, and failure modes across quality, latency, and cost.
- Help us scale AI safely on proprietary data by contributing to governance, guardrails, and responsible use practices.
- Create reusable patterns, templates, and shared infrastructure that enable business units to prototype safely and accelerate AI adoption across WS.
- 4+ years building and deploying software, data, or AI/ML solutions in production.
- Strong Python skills and comfort integrating APIs and external services.
- Hands‑on experience using modern LLMs and AI frameworks (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Lang Graph, or similar) to build production applications.
- Experience implementing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
