We are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences across all aspects of club life, and we are looking for a passionate, professional Summer Assistant Racquets Professional to join our team.
Position OverviewAs the Summer Assistant Racquets Professional, you’ll support the Director of Racquets Sports in delivering an outstanding racquets experience for our members and guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of the area’s most prestigious clubs, contributing to both the day‑to‑day operations and the larger strategic goals of the racquets program. Whether teaching lessons, running clinics, assisting with events, or engaging with members, you will be integral to the success of the program.
Key Responsibilities- Exceptional Member Service: Deliver a welcoming, high‑quality experience for all members and guests. Greet and engage with players of all skill levels, ensuring they feel valued and respected at all times.
- Instruction & Clinics: Teach private and group lessons to juniors and adults, adapting to the needs of various skill levels. Assist in organizing and executing clinics, tournaments, and exhibitions that reflect the club’s commitment to excellence.
- Pro Shop Support & Event Coordination: Help manage the pro shop, from inventory and retail operations to assisting with racquet stringing and member communication. Play a key role in organizing and executing racquets events, including social gatherings, tournaments, and other club activities.
- Member Engagement: Actively promote and encourage participation in racquets activities, creating a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with colleagues across departments. Your support and coordination with other staff will help maintain a seamless, high‑level experience for members.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
- A solid understanding of tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis, with the ability to teach and engage players of all ages and abilities.
- Experience in racquets‑related event coordination or pro shop operations is a plus.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by club activities.
- A positive, professional demeanor with a passion for the game and a commitment to creating exceptional member experiences.
