Delivery Driver​/Warehouse- Bourne

Overview

The Delivery Driver / Warehouse team member drives over an established route(s) to deliver products or pick up returned merchandise from customers. Additionally, this position fulfills all shipping and receiving functions within the Branch.

• Use vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch, confirm customer orders, and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort, organize, and prepare merchandise from receiving or production areas for storage or other designated areas by part and quantity.
• Ensure that customer orders are located, picked up, and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers if needed and maintain all necessary documents.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive safely, adhering to all company safety standards.
• Operate equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Proficient in basic math skills.
• Use computer and handheld radio frequency device.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per company standards.
• Meet applicable state-specific driver’s license requirements.
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
• Ability to provide respectful pushback and challenge upwards.
• Willingness to learn new skills and gain knowledge of all aspects of Branch operations.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The team member is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, and listen. They are frequently required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, and occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.

The team member must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The work environment is generally high noise level. Team member is exposed to moving mechanical parts, occasional high places, fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.

USD $17.00 - USD $22.75 /Hr.
