10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Newton, Massachusetts, to operate on a Northeast fleet that offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Routes typically run regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset.$4,000
sign-on bonus $0.80–$0.85 per mile
Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34‑hour reset
Average ~1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
Average length of haul around 400 miles
Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery payLate-model tractors (2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth)
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time offTop regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 weekly
Stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond
Long Island delivery pay: $65
Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
Lane details:
Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
Primary operating area generally ranges from Virginia to Maine, with frequent lanes from northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio.
Occasional runs outside the primary area may occur to maximize miles while preserving weekly reset time.
Drivers who opt to remain out rather than returning home for their reset may have opportunities to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
Willingness to drive in New York City is advantageous but not required.
Qualifications:
Valid Class A (CDL-A) license
Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
