- Schedule:Full-Time| Monday - Friday with every other weekend, 9am-5:30pm

- Plan and support engaging resident activities, events, and enrichment programs
- Encourage participation and help create a fun, welcoming community environment
- Lead group activities and assist with special events and outings
- Transport residents to activities, appointments, and community events as needed
- Maintain activity calendars, attendance records, and required documentation
- Coordinate with volunteers, community partners, and team members to enhance programming
- Build positive relationships with residents while supporting their engagement, well-being, and quality of life
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (preferred)
- At least one year of work experience required, preferably in similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication and time management skills
