We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy and customer-focused automotive service department. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, strong automotive knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred.
Must have previous Advisor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately assess their vehicle service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended work.
• Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide regular updates on vehicle progress and estimated completion times.
• Upsell maintenance services and additional repairs where appropriate.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate customer records.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
