Location: Sparta, NJ (Field-Based: NJ & Westchester, NY)
Job Type: Full-Time (Year-Round)
Deck Remodelers is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to take charge of our luxury builds. This is a pivotal role that combines hands-on site supervision with full project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, and trades, ensuring the project is built to our award-winning standards
Project Management
- Lead all phases of construction from initiation to closeout
- Manage detailed project schedules, budgets, change orders, and milestone billing
- Perform material takeoffs and oversee timely ordering/delivery
- Track progress through project management software (Buildertrend preferred)
Site Supervision
- Oversee on-site execution, supervising in-house carpenters and subcontractors
- Enforce safety protocols, cleanliness, and strict adherence to design plans/code requirements
- Maintain accurate daily logs, field reports, and photo documentation
Leadership
- Lead jobsite meetings and proactive communication with all stakeholders
- Proactively resolve field issues to keep the project moving forward
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience with proven site and project management skills
- Background in High-End Residential or Outdoor Living construction strongly preferred
- Proficient in construction tech (Project Management tools) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License required
Compensation & Benefits
