Customer Service Representative I

• Establishing and maintaining profitable professional relationships with customers.
• Ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

• Responding to requests via incoming telephone calls, emails, and chats.
• Attending to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately and facilitating satisfactory resolution.
• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis.

• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Programs.
• Strong proficiency in sales and customer service.
• Strong ability to work under time constraints, to multitask, and solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and the information provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Must be able to work on a self-initiated basis in a team environment and on Saturdays.

Demonstrates strong customer service and sales proficiency while effectively managing customer relationships and resolving issues. Capable of multitasking and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
