Companion Driver - Per Diem

Salary: $15.49 - $18 per hour

Companion Driver: Provides companion care and driving services for clients as well as caregivers. Must have a valid driver’s license. Can use company care to transport.

• Assist clients in their home with activities of daily living such as shopping, preparing meals, errands, light housekeeping and laundry, socialization, and companionship.
• Develop a supportive relationship with the client and family and follow a care plan developed by the nurse while monitoring changes and reporting safety concerns to the nurse.
