Thorlabs in Newton, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and improve production processes, develop assembly techniques, and promote quality across TAP products. You may work at other Thorlabs locations as needed.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Physics or Engineering, proficiency with Solid Works, Axapta, and MS Office, plus Lean/Six Sigma experience and at least 1 year in manufacturing. Strong problem solving and use of precision measurement tools are essential.
