Pay: $40.33-$52.33/hour

Based on experience and shift differentials.

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents' health status, identifying and reporting changes promptly.
• Develop and participate in care plans and care plan meetings.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, including completing required documentation.
• Administer and document medications, treatments, and enteral nutrition per physician orders; adhere to the 6 rights of medication administration and maintain accountability for narcotics and medication keys.
• Complete accurate documentation in the EHR, including nurses' notes, MDS/RAPs, and incident/accident reports.
• Collaborate with residents, healthcare partners, and community resources to ensure continuity of care.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current New Jersey or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred.
